Introducing VOJ, and the Sabermetrics of Sitcoms Part 3

*WARNING: THIS IS PART THREE OF A FOUR PART POST. FOR PART TWO, CLICK HERE. A LINK TO THE NEXT PART WILL APPEAR AT THE END OF THIS ONE*

The Cast Factor is the number used as the numerator in the VOJ and PER statistics regarding casts, with A-Listers assigned 4 points, B-Listers 3, C-Listers 2, and D-Listers 1. This is the subjective portion of the rating, and I used popularity, fame, success before the series, and to some level success after the series. The trickiest part is success after the series; should Hope & Faith see a significant boost because, when replacing Hope's daughter in season 2 they chose an unknown teen actress named Megan Fox? At the end, the number of A-Listers was limited:

Ray Romano, Ashton Kutcher, Kelsey Grammer, Charlie Sheen, Michael J. Fox, Heather Locklear, Jennifer Aniston, Bernie Mac, Ellen Degeneris, Steve Carrell, Freddie Prinze Jr., Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Christina Applegate, and Rob Lowe (while Lowe has only appeared as a guest star on Parks and Recreation so far, he becomes a regular this season, and the ratings anticipate this).

Arrested Development and Modern Family manage to take the top 2 highest factors despite not having any A-List stars, thanks to strong ensemble casts.
